My Pension Expert is a leading UK retirement advice business focused on helping mass-market consumers access regulated financial advice. The business supports approximately 20,000 clients across the UK and advises on around £2 billion of client assets. The investment from San Francisco-based Valeas Capital Partners marks a significant milestone in My Pension Expert's growth journey.
Thistle Initiatives worked closely with management and stakeholders throughout the transaction, delivering vendor preparation support and regulatory due diligence to help identify and address key regulatory considerations ahead of the investment process.
