Thistle Initiatives is pleased to announce the appointment of Nikki Bennett as Partner in our Credit and Insurance team, working alongside Matthew Williamson.
Recognised for her strategic insight and trusted by leadership teams navigating complex regulatory challenges for over 20 years, Nikki will lead the next phase of our consultancy strategy, with a particular focus on strengthening our high-impact advisory support for FCA-regulated firms.
Nikki joins from compliance consultancy UKGI, where she played a key role as Managing Director in supporting insurance intermediaries across the sector. Nikki is also a Director of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC), and she is a dynamic public speaker well known across the market.
Speaking on her appointment, Nikki said:
