We’re pleased to announce that Thistle Initiatives is now an affiliate member of the Consumer Duty Alliance (CDA), an independent professional body dedicated to raising standards of customer care across financial services.
The CDA provides a collaborative platform for firms to share insights, engage with regulators, and access practical support on meeting Consumer Duty requirements. By bringing together industry expertise, it helps shape best practice and drive positive outcomes for consumers.
As an associate member, we look forward to contributing to this important dialogue, supporting firms with the implementation of the Duty, and working alongside peers to promote trust, transparency and professionalism across the sector.
The Alliance is an independent, not-for-profit community interest company aiming to help the retail finance sector successfully implement the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
Incorporating the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce, the Alliance works with practitioners and subject matter experts to help retail finance staff and regulated firms understand, meet and deliver the FCA’s Consumer Duty requirements.
