Thistle Initiatives is pleased to announce that Alex Knight has joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer.
Alex brings a dynamic blend of financial leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence. With a career spanning over two decades, he has held senior roles across private equity-backed businesses, international marketing groups, and high-growth analytics firms.
In his new role, Alex will oversee Thistle Initiatives’ financial strategy and performance, supporting the Group’s continued growth as a leading consultancy and compliance expert in financial services.
His appointment follows Scott Friederichs joining as CEO earlier this month and further strengthens the senior leadership team as the firm continues to expand its capabilities and deliver high-quality regulatory and strategic support to clients across the UK and internationally.
On joining, Alex stated:
