The RegTech Forum - a series of online events hosted by the FCA
What is happening?
The FCA is hosting a series of online 90-minute events between December 2020 and May 2021 that aim to create a platform for the RegTech industry, financial institutions and regulators to discuss developments and opportunities within the RegTech ecosystem. These events are intended to provide an insight into the FCA’s work programme and its key areas of interest.
What do you need to do?
The RegTech Forum aims to bring together the RegTech ecosystem to explore relevant issues and topics and to provide a platform to share experience and knowledge. The FCA has chosen topics that span current RegTech focus such as data standardisation and emerging subjects such as sustainability and quantum computing.
The Forum is intended for those involved within the RegTech ecosystem in the UK, such as UK-based RegTech firms, consultants, financial institutions and academics.
Any firm’s expression of interest to join will be reviewed against the criteria for each session to ensure a wide range of participants from across the ecosystem.
Applications for each session close ten days before each event and the FCA will confirm whether an applicant has been allocated a place one week before the event.
