Thistle Initiatives is pleased to announce the appointment of Danny Ryan and Peter Lewis as Partners in our Change and Transformation team.
Both appointments strengthen our senior leadership capability and reflect growing demand from clients across the Thistle Group and our close collaboration with TORI Global.
Danny and Peter will support organisations tackling complex change, from large‑scale transformation programmes to operating model redesign and regulatory‑driven change.
Danny Ryan joins as Partner with more than 17 years’ experience leading complex transformation programmes. He brings deep expertise in shaping strategy and delivering change across finance and back‑office operations. Danny has supported organisations at every stage of the transformation lifecycle, including operating model redesign, finance process optimisation, business model development and the delivery of enterprise data platforms.

Peter Lewis joins as Partner with over 20 years of experience advising boards and executive teams across financial services. His work spans operating model design, regulatory change and large‑scale transformation programmes. Alongside his consulting work, Peter is an experienced coach, bringing a people‑centred perspective to complex change.

He has a particular strength in back‑office and finance operations, where he has led major operational model redesigns, finance process optimisation, business model development, and the build and deployment of enterprise data warehouses.
Peter is a Partner in the Change and Transformation team, where he helps organisations deliver complex change with confidence.
He brings more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, advising boards and executives on operating model design, regulatory change and large scale transformation. Alongside his consulting work, Peter is an experienced coach known for his practical approach, clear thinking and focus on building sustainable, people-centred outcomes.
