Consultation on cryptoasset transfers now closed

Update
The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) recently published proposed amendments to Sector 22 in Part II of its Guidance (Cryptoasset providers and custodian wallet providers) and opened a consultation, which has since closed.
The proposed addition of Annex I to Sector 22 took account of amendments relating to cryptoasset transfers, as introduced by The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022.
