Thistle Initiatives advises Shackleton on its acquisition of Hurst Point

Thistle Initiatives’ M&A Services team is pleased to have supported Shackleton with regulatory due diligence ahead of its acquisition of Hurst Point, subject to FCA approval.

The transaction creates a combined wealth and advisory business with £17.5bn in assets under management.
