Thistle Initiatives awarded runner-up at Altfi Awards 2017
Last week, the winners of the AltFi Awards 2017 were announced. These awards recognise outstanding achievement in the Alternative Finance industry for both established and up-and-coming platforms.
Thistle Initiatives was awarded runner-up in the “Consulting and Corporate Advice Firm of the Year” category, this looks at consulting, accountancy, investment and corporate advisory firms which have had the greatest impact on the alternative finance market in 2017.
For us, to be runner-up for our first-ever competition in respect of fintech consultancy when they were so many applicants is not so much of a negative. We see this as a massive achievement for our company and it is a strong indicator of our position within the fintech regulatory sector.
As much as we enjoyed hearing of our own success, it was also very pleasing for to see previous and existing clients such as Syndicate Room, Octopus and ETF Matic pick up awards in their relevant sectors. This demonstrates the level we operate at and the standard of clients we are dealing with at Thistle Initiatives, which we feel there will be plenty more award winners further down the line.
