Thistle Initiatives Group Limited Acquires ATEB IT Solutions & ATEB Business Solutions
Thistle Initiatives Group Limited today announces that it has acquired ATEB IT Solutions Limited and ATEB Business Solutions Limited.

The acquisition of ATEB IT Solutions is very much strategic. We have been thoroughly impressed with the ATEB Suitability platform, led by CEO David Anderson, and how the business has grown and assisted several large-scale advice firms enhance their advice capabilities through technology. We will invest in the development and enhancement of the ATEB Suitability platform and make this offering available to Thistle clients.
The acquisition of ATEB Business Solutions Limited will enhance our current investment consulting team in the retail investment advice and wealth management sector, led by Alex Paschalis. This acquisition will allow Thistle to compete directly and more competitively with some of the larger existing consultancies in the retail sector.

The acquisition quickly follows the Copper Street Capital investment in Thistle Initiatives Group in October and forms part of the first stage of a targeted growth strategy being deployed by the Thistle management team.
