We are pleased to announce that our client, Perspective Financial Group Limited (“Perspective”) has exchanged contracts on its sale to private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners LLC (“Charlesbank”).

Thistle Initiatives was engaged by Perspective to carry out sell-side regulatory due diligence on Perspective, helping to prepare for the sale of its business. Thistle worked alongside and supported Perspective in discussions with potential buyers throughout the sales process.
