Thistle Initiatives Supports Baggette Asset Management
Congratulations to our client Baggette Asset Management who were recently acquired by Titan Wealth Holdings.
The Investments team at Thistle Initiatives were engaged by Baggette Asset Management to help the firm prepare for their regulatory due diligence and secure a sale by Titan Wealth in July 2022.
Titan Wealth Holdings has acquired the Poole-based discretionary fund manager, Baggette Asset Management, for an undisclosed fee.
The acquisition, which includes Baggette’s Mazarin fund of funds range, lifts Titan’s assets under management to around the £5.2bn.
