Thistle Initiatives is thrilled to have supported Cooper Parry Wealth in its acquisition of Gem & Co Financial Services Ltd (subject to regulatory approval).
We are delighted to have provided regulatory due diligence on this deal, CPW’s eighth since Lee Equity Partners’ investment and a significant step in their ambitious growth journey.
The CPW team now look after more than 1,050 families, with almost £2bn of funds under management.
