Jonathan is the Head of Digital Practice at TORI, with over 25 years' experience in IT transformation, specialising in driving business growth and delivering strategic data solutions across Tier 1 financial services firms, trading firms and banks. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience in industrialising complex technology transitions, from scaling global application migration factories across APAC to designing secure ETL data pipeline strategies using Microsoft Fabric for trading platforms. Crucially, Jonathan is an expert in regulatory data governance, having designed compliance and risk frameworks to support AI adoption under DORA and the EU AI Act.
Emma Hagan

Emma Hagan is the Chief Executive Officer of ClearBank UK, responsible for overseeing all aspects of ClearBank’s operations in the UK and further strengthening the bank’s position in the UK market.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking in both first and second lines of defence, Emma joined ClearBank in 2020 as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Prior to that, she worked for Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where she was Chief Risk Officer for EMEA, serving as part of the EMEA leadership and global risk leadership teams.
